Foothills Clubhouse Rental
Rental fee $50, deposit $100 (separate checks). Max number of people: 20.
Parking is provided in the lot adjacent to the clubhouse. Access to the Foothills Clubhouse cannot be blocked at any time.
- Foothills Clubhouse is a public area and rental of the clubhouse does not imply exclusive of any part of the facility. Priority is given to racquetball and weight room use. Be aware that racquetball and weight room use can be noisy and may interfere with your function. Rental includes upper floor of Clubhouse. Groups are limited to no more than 20 people. Restrooms are for public use at all times. Clubhouse rental does not include any use of the pool.
- The Foothills Clubhouse is not available during major holidays without special permission fro the Foundation Board of Directors. Requests are accepted between 60 and 30 days prior to the holiday requested. Special restrictions will apply to any granted by the Board. All items brought in by caterers or vendors shall be removed at the conclusion of the event or by 8:00 a.m. the following morning.
- Additional rental and storage fees will be assessed for items not removed on time. Music is not allowed. The resident (renter) is responsible for the cleaning and vacuuming, of the restrooms, lockers rooms, weight room, common area and deck area above the pool. Additional cleaning required will be done by the Foundation Staff and will be deducted from the damage deposit. Pool parties are not allowed at the Foothills Pool.
