The Finance Committee will act as the financial advisory body to the Board of Directors. The Finance Committee consists of seven members, three from the board (one of which is the Treasurer) and four appointed by the board. The committee is chaired by the Treasurer of the Board of Directors. The Finance Committee is an advisory body to the Board only. Meetings are held periodically at the Vista Clubhouse and all meetings are open to the members of the Foundation. Notice of meetings will be posted on our website and Channel 8. The Genesee Foundation's fiscal year follows the calendar year, Jan. 1 - Dec. 31.
Members of the Finance Committee are Dan Wenzinger, Chair, Warren Jones, John Recca, Bruce Strand, Scot Barker, and Larry Dale.
