Coyotes are about the size and shape of a small shepherd dog. Their long hair varies in color with the season. Coyotes eat plants or meat. It is illegal to feed coyotes. Genesee promotes peaceful co-existence with coyotes with policies to keep our pets in our immediate control outdoors, and to put out trash bins only on the morning of collection, not the day before.
